Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This site uses a small number of first-party cookies (set by myreelbase.com itself). It does not use advertising cookies. Third-party analytics cookies are used only if analytics are enabled and you consent.

Cookies we always use

These are first-party cookies set by this website. Except for the language and consent cookies, they are "httpOnly", which means scripts on the page cannot read them.

• rb_vid — Purpose: a random visitor identifier that links page views and form submissions within one visit, so we can measure which campaigns lead to demo requests. Contains no personal details. · Duration: session (deleted when you close the browser). · Type: first-party, measurement.
• rb_ft — Purpose: remembers how you first reached the site (campaign parameters, referring website domain and landing page), so a visit from a video or event can be credited if you come back later. · Duration: 30 days. · Type: first-party, measurement.
• rb_lt — Purpose: remembers how you reached the site on this visit (same details as rb_ft). · Duration: session. · Type: first-party, measurement.
• rb_lang — Purpose: remembers the language you chose (English or Spanish). Set only when you use the language switcher. · Duration: 1 year. · Type: first-party, preference.
• rb_consent — Purpose: remembers whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. Set only when you make a choice. · Duration: 180 days. · Type: first-party, strictly necessary.

The rb_vid, rb_ft and rb_lt measurement cookies are set without prior consent because they are first-party and are not shared with anyone. Counsel to confirm this is acceptable for the audiences served; if EU/UK visitors are targeted, these would need consent.

Site administrators only

Staff who sign in to the website's admin area receive authentication cookies (authjs.session-token, authjs.csrf-token and authjs.callback-url, prefixed with "__Secure-" or "__Host-" over HTTPS). Session duration: up to 12 hours. Type: first-party, strictly necessary. Visitors never receive these.

Optional analytics (only with your consent)

If we enable a third-party analytics service, a notice will ask for your consent before it loads. Nothing from these services loads until you click "Allow".

• Google Analytics 4 (if enabled) — sets _ga (2 years) and _ga_[ID] (2 years) to distinguish visitors and sessions; IP anonymization is requested. Type: third-party analytics.
• Plausible Analytics (if enabled) — does not set cookies. Type: third-party analytics.

Confirm which, if any, third-party analytics will be enabled at launch, and update this list to match.

Spam protection

If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on our forms, Cloudflare may process technical signals to tell people from bots. Confirm whether Turnstile sets or reads any cookies and list them here if so.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: optional analytics stay off and we do not show the consent notice.

How to change your choice

Use the cookie preference controls below this text to allow or decline optional analytics at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the first-party cookies above does not stop the site from working, though your language choice will not be remembered.
