How many editors, producers and loggers need their own ReelBase account. Clients reviewing cuts never need one.
Library size
How much footage you catalog. Originals stay on your storage; what we host are the lightweight proxies, thumbnails and metadata.
Locations and ingest agents
How many offices or storage locations you connect, each with its own ingest agent.
Optional AI
Whether you turn on transcription, search by meaning or visual auto-tagging — and for how much footage. It can stay off entirely.
